What is the difference betweeen high street and catwalk fashion ?
High street Fashion:
It is wearable
Easy to wash
Different sizes for different people and the style or pattern doesnt change
Cheaper in cost

Catwalk Fashion:
Unique-one of a kind
More techniques developed throughout the garment
Doesnt necessarily have to be made outof fabric
More expensive
Cannot be washed

This is my print. I used my moodboard to create this print. Also I stuck to my colour palette which works well with my theme. I found it quiet easy to create the outline however when adding colour I found it hard, I had to ungroup the shape and seperatley add colour in to the areas. If I was to do this again I would instead have one block colour for the whole of my print making it easier and quicker for myself.

This is my T-shirt flats, I have stuck to my colour palette aswell as including my print, of which I have created from my moodboard. I think I have been quiet experimental with using my prints like a pattern for my t-shirt designs. I also like my colours I have used for each of my t-shirts as they are appropriate to my colour palette. If I was to do this differnt I would slightly change my print maybe have one block colour for my print and change the colour each time to a colour on my palette.

My 25 pieces of research:
My theme is mysterious clown, when I thought about the word mysterious it reminded me of The Mad Hatter out of Alice in Wonderland. When I thought about the word clowns I thought of Harlequin clowns and how their pattern appears in Alice in Wonderland. I then researched more into Harlequin clowns, which I learnt how they were also known as Jesters(Jokers) this lead me further into linking my two ideas; Mad Hatter and Harlequin clowns together.
For my research I took images from aspects of Alice in Wonderland both the film and cat walk fashion and included them. I also included images of Harlequin images especially looking closely at the pattern of their outfits and the gathered style.
Research is used for gaining information and understanding more about what you want to achieve.
Primary sources: Are sources that you get from books, internet, magazines etc...
Secondary sources: Are sources that you gain yourself such as photos you have taken yourself or gaining a                                 quote from an eye witness etc...
