This is my highstreet collection, I have kept with my colours from my colour palette, as they seem appropriate for high street fashion. I have tried to be a bit more daring and included a neck piece from my moodboard which I have enlarged and put it onto a skirt. I have also used my harlequin pattern as patterns are quite trendy in high street wear. I have kept simple shape garments as I wanted to include more colour into my garments. I have been hugely inspired my Christopher Kanes garment styles as his work such as his 'Alice in Wonderland' collection could be seen as high street aswell as catwalk. I tried to acheive what Christopher Kane did in his work with mine, by slightly adding a little bit of techniques such as adding a neck piece to a skirt which could be seen as catwalk fashion, however I have used a simple skirt which is high street wear. I like my collection as it is very different and unusual, I tried to be a bit edgy with my look and out there as I didnt want to completely stick to simple high street wear.
