What is upcycling?

Up-cycling is another word for re inventing. Re inventing something could be seen as modernising the item. You can up cycle anything from a dress to a cushion etc...
Five examples of up cycling:
Textile print: Add a print such as a pattern or lettering or images to a garment etc...
Sewing: Sew into your chosen garment etc.. sew anything from wavy lines to lettering.
Embelishment: Add beading, studs, buttons to make it more interesting.
Pockets: Add a specific style of pocket to your garment and make it more pratical.
Pleats: Adding pleats into a garment or adding pleats to a garment can be very flattering for your body shape.
Shops up-cycle to appeal to a specific audience.
Asos, Primark, Afflecks are examples of shops that up-cycle
